When chromecast TV has a bluetooth audio output disney+ cannot display anything due to licence error? idk. when i disconnect the bluetooth speaker disney+ streams normal

I found the solution. The issue is that the chromecast tv don't have a doubly surround plus decoder and the Bluetooth adaptor can't play the sound. So I changed the chromecast output settings to doubly surround and it is fine. Please keep that solution to future issues. Thank you a lot. Cheers.

Hi harriskaravasil,

Thanks for reaching out. What's the make and model of the Bluetooth Speaker you're using? Is this only happening when streaming videos from Disney+ app or across all apps? You may try to disconnect the connection of your Bluetooth speaker and Chromecast then reboot the devices. After that, please try to test again.

Also, if this issue is isolated when using the Disney+ app and it's working when the Bluetooth speaker is disconnected, please reach out with Disney+ support for further help.

Thanks,

Jennifer

I am using the bluetooth adaptor TP-Link HA100. Yes, this hapens only when i preview disney+ content.

Hello there,

Got it. If this is only happening with Disney+, please reach out to their support team to further check this and provide you with additional help.

Thanks,

Jennifer
