iView, 9Now and other TV on demand not working

I have not been able to connect to iView, 9Now or other TV on demand apps all night. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Netflix, Prime and Apple TV work and the internet connection is fine.

We hope you were able to get the help you need but if you're still having issues, please reboot your Chromecast and reinstall the affected apps. Also, if other apps are working, please reach out to the app developer of the affected apps for additional help.
