we have moved and trying to register chromecast to new network

We moved and reinstalled tv to new network only chromecast says it is still on old network

Tried factory reset, there is no button on chromecast so disconnected and reconnected no change

Error message is setup by another user.

There is a button on the side of the device to factory reset the device.

  Check THIS link for more information. 

As I said no button on the device.
