what do I do if the buildings community wifi password is too short for the chromecast wifi space so I can not enter the password?

• How many characters is the password?
• Is this a public Wi-Fi network?
• Do you need to log in with a web-page to use this network?

I would make sure that this network type is compatible to be used with Chromecast first before moving on.
