Hello! So, I want to connect two accounts to my Google Nest Hub, but when I add the second account, it says on my phone the account is already connected, and on the nest hub it says "something went wrong".

Hey Edwards,

Thanks for reaching out — let me help you out.

Are you adding a regular Google Account? Make sure your phone and Google Nest Hub are connected to the same network.

Give these steps a try:

  1. At the top right, tap the account (the icon with the customer’s initial or profile photo).
  2. Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to the Google Home or Google Nest device. To switch accounts, tap the drop-down menu > tap Add another account.
  3. Reinstalling your Google Home app might help too.
