When I try to add a new device. My Smart bulbs are found. I select room and then enter a name for the bulb. At this point Google home app (on Android) starts connecting. After 3-4 seconds, Google Home App gives error "Something is wrong". I hit "try again" and it will not progress in setup. Go back to add device and now the bulbs are not found. If I reset the bulbs, they show up again, but cannot finish set up

Solved. Need to locate bulb closer to a google Assistant. Used lamp to set up near assistant, then moved bulb to permanent light😁
