Add family member to google nest doorbell

Can someone please help me. I'm just looking to add my wife to my Google nest door bell. I was told I need to becin Google Home app. From there goto settings and Household. I don't see Household under settings.  It's probably something simple but for the life of me I can't figure it out . I appreciate if someone could give step hy step instructions.  Thank you!!

They changed how it's accessed entirely, and very recently!

There is no Settings | Household option anymore

Instead, on the main Settings screen, click on the big "plus" sign and then select "Home member".

Or, at the top of the Settings screen, there's now a little circular icon for each household member, with a little "plus" sign to the right; click on that.

And if you click any of the circular icons (we have 2), it now displays who is in your household.

It's not the least bit intuitive.

To add your wife as a family member to access the Nest doorbell, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Google Home app .
2. If you have more than one home, tap Favorites . At the top, select the home you want to edit.
3. Tap Settings tap Add Home member.
4. Enter the name or email address of the person you want to invite to your home tap Next.
5. Review what’s shared when you add someone to your home tap Next.
6. Review the person’s access to your home tap Send.
7. If your Google Family Group isn’t full and the person you’re inviting isn’t already in one, you should get the option to invite them to your Google Family Group.

• To invite them, tap Add to Family.
• To skip this step, tap No Thanks.
• Note: You can have up to 6 members in a Google Family Group.

The person you invite should receive an email with instructions.

Yes, members of a Google Nest "home" must have a gmail account.

(I'm just another Google Nest customer.)
