I just recently installed an Aladdin Genie garage opener. I don't have an issue with using Google Assistant to open the garage but it will not close when asked. When asked, it states "garage door not available". I have searched for an answer to fix this problem but could not find anything. Is there a workaround for this issue? Please advise. Thank you
