All of a sudden, none of our displays will play YouTube. Just a black screen.

All of a sudden, we are not able to watch YouTube on any of our Google Assistant Home Displays. We are just getting a black screen. When we click on the YouTube app on the Home Displays, it asks what display we want to watch it on. Ummm.. the one I just clicked on. What changed? Help!

Hi aconn13,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: which Nest display? Do you have other video services linked? If so, did you try them to further isolate the issue? When it goes black does it still respond to voice commands?

You can reboot your Nest displays and your Wi-Fi router to refresh your devices and Wi-Fi signal. Observe if you will get the same behavior.

Keep me posted.

Thanks,

Juni
