Another dead Heatlink

Have two heat links. Already replaced one a couple of years ago at my own exoense. Now the second one has gone dead. All checks completed. These are clearly unreliable. Case opened over two weeks ago and have heard nothing

To better investigate this, I’d like to ask for the following information:

  • What is the specific model and generation of your Nest Thermostat? Here’s a helpful article on how to identify your thermostat model.
  • When was the non-functioning unit installed?
  • Do you see a wiring report or error code on the thermostat or the app?
  • Could you please list the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried?
  • Do you have a case number from your last interaction? This will allow me to thoroughly review the case history.

Por qué reemplazaste el anterior enlace? 

Si tenía ya fallas, la versión antigua era mejor que intentarás otra conexión.

Ya que dices que contabas con 2 supongo que no eran las mismas. Hubieras intentado con una sola. 

O en tu dispositivo es necesario tener 2 enlaces ?
