Assistance to connect to my smart Tv ising SMSG A13 with Brühm TV

I recently bought a smart TV (BRÜHM) model No. BTF-32SV. Am using my Samsung a13 but it can only go to as far as connecting to the same network but the TV is never detected on my phones screen. I can not Share Content with the TV. I have downloaded the Google Home app tried serching for the TV but with no result,stil nothing appears on my phone.

I realy need your help.

It requires a Chromecast device or built-in Chromecast on your TV for you to cast media from your phone. Do you have a Chromecast device plugged into your (BRÜHM) model No. BTF-32SV TV, or does it have a built-in Chromecast? What type of Chromecast device do you have?
