Automation playing wrong radio station

I have had an automation set up for my Google Nest Mini to play BBC Radio Four every morning. However, I've had a recurring issue where the speaker instead plays either BBC Radio 1 or a Spotify song or album with "Radio Four" in the name.

I've tried changing the automation settings to make the automation a "custom action" rather than a "media action", and I've tried renaming the radio station to just "Radio Four" rather than "BBC Radio Four", and I've tried versions of these station names writing the numeral "4" - but none of these resolve the issue.

The only thing that works (but only for a few days, before the issue reoccurs) is to delete the automation and set up a new one.

Is there a way I can permanently fix this issue?

Note: When I speak the instruction to play the radio station, either saying "BBC Radio Four" or "Radio Four", it plays the right station.

I have started having this same problem.  I want Radio 4 and constantly get Radio 1.  This happens when I use an automation or a voice request.  I have had my speak for several years and its only just started happening but seems to be getting worse.  It doesn't happen if you ask for Radio 4 Extra.  On my phone I can see that it is hearing me correctly but playing the wrong station.  Id be grateful for any tips too.  Its really quite frustrating.
