Automation to show front doorbell video on Google hub max when doorbell is rung

Hello, I have a wired nest video doorbell and a Google hub max. I currently have an automation set up so that when the doorbell is rung, the hub max automatically shows video of the front door.

The problem is, when I answer the door, the hub max starts echo-ing the conversation at the front door, and then if guests come in, I have to go straight to the hub max and put it back on the Home Screen so it doesn’t keep streaming the front door.

I’m trying to find a custom action or group of actions that will show the front door doorbell on the hub max display for 5-10 seconds, then have the hub max go back to the Home Screen.

I’ve found a compromise where I’ve added a mute action to the hub max when the doorbell is rung, which eliminates the echo issue, but if someone rings the doorbell when I’m not around, I don’t want to stream video on the hub max for hours or days at a time.

Why don't you just use the "Visitor announcements" option (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451?hl=en&sjid=2671784792455229416) on your doorbell? We use it with our Nest Hub Max and Nest Hubs.

Didn’t realize this was an option, but turned it on and it works great!
