Automations Script editor

I am trying out the new script editor and have run into a few issues with the devices I am attempting to control.

First, an LG TV; I am trying to switch inputs, the command shows it is available, device.command.SetInput

In the newInput field I have tried HDMI x, hdmi_x, etc. to no avail. The input does not switch. How do I enumerate the inputs or discover their names?

Secondly, an Arlo doorbell. The starter, device.event.DoorbellPress, shows available, but using it as a starter and then pressing the doorbell button has no effect, The script does not execute.

Appreciate any help or infornmation.

Thanks in advance.

Well, I did some digging and think I came up with the answer to my own question.

https://developers.home.google.com/automations/supported-devices

LG TV: Only supported scripting function is on/off, really? Pretty useless.

Arlo Doorbell: No Support. Only models from Nest and one from something called Geeni are listed.

If this the case, don't know why "ctrl-space" in the script editor is offering unsupported functionality.
