Away routine doesn't activate when saying "everyone's leaving"

When I leave my house, I say "everyone's leaving" to trigger our away routine. The Nest Hub tells me to have a nice day but it doesn't seem to turn anything off.

The away routine says it should be activated by saying "everyone's away" or "everyone's leaving".

Why doesn't it seem to work?

Thanks for reaching out. Try to reboot your Wi-Fi router, and once the network is back up, do the same thing to your Google Nest Hub.
