Hi, cp2.

Thanks for posting your question to the community. I'm a little unsure of what you're asking about, so maybe you can clarify a bit for me. Are you trying to get your phone connected to a specific WiFi point on the network, or are you just trying to get your phone connected to the network itself? Do you have other devices that are connecting ok while your phone is not?

If you can give me any more info and detail, it will help me out here. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,

- Jeff

Hi Jeff. I mean shouldn't there be a connection on my wifi list named like point 1, point 2……something like this? I can only find the router on my wifi list,  not the points. Thank you.

Hi, cp2.

Yes, your points should show up in the Home app. From the home screen, you tap the "Wi-Fi" coin. From there you would tap on the "Wifi devices" coin. Here it should display your router and your points. You've mentioned you are not seeing those, but can you tell me if you aren't seeing any of those menu coins along the way?

Thanks,

- Jeff

Hi Jeff,I saw all of these you mentioned in Google Home App. And they are shown that they are in good connection. However, when I search Wi-Fi with my decice, for example, with my iPhone, I can only see the router in my networks list. I cannot see the points.  Thank you

Ah, that makes more sense, cp2. Thanks for the clarification.

So each point will not create its own WiFi source, so to speak. The points extend the network coverage that originates from the main router, essentially creating a large overlapping network still with a single source. You will see the points as devices in Home, but they will all act as a single network. Let me know if you need any more info on that or if you have any other questions.

Thanks,

Jeff
