Bosch Smart Home Radiator and Google Home - Unable to create Household Activity

Hello together
I recently started using several Bosch Radiator Thermostats 2, which I can control both via the Bosch Smart Home and the Google Home app.
I would like to control the radiator thermostats in such a way that when the last person leaves the house, all the thermostats turn down the temperature. Unfortunately, I can't select any radiator thermostats as an action under the household routines in the automations. This is possible for personal routines, but here the thermostats are turned down when I leave the house but someone else is still at home.

Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Hi Ambriador,

Thanks for reaching out. You can automate home devices and take care of everyday tasks based on your location with Home & Away Routines in the Google Home app. With the Home app, your phone can use a combination of GPS, cellular, and Wi-Fi signals to help sense if you've left or returned home. The Away Routine starts after the last home member’s phone leaves home. The Home Routine starts when the first home member’s phone returns.

Check out the helpful articles below to learn more about adding a home member in the Google Home app and Home away routines.

Thank you for your answer.
I already know how to set the automation. As written above, I have the following problem:
The integrated radiator thermostats are displayed to me normally in the app and I can set the temperature.
However, I am not able to control the thermostats with the Home & Away function, only sockets are displayed here.
However, the thermostats are displayed in my personal routines. However, the problem here is that if a person leaves the house even though someone is still at home, the heating is turned down, for example.

I'm facing the exact same problem. Did you ever find a solution for the problem?

Hi folks,

Thanks for the information you’ve shared, and sorry for the delay. Have you tried contacting the manufacturer of your thermostats to confirm if their device supports this feature? Try it and let us know their response by updating this thread.

Thanks,

Juni
