I've recently bought some smart lights which use the app Broadlink BLE, it comes up as an option under the google home app but even when I link them the lights don't show up on my home app?
Google Home can only control lights that use Wi-Fi, not Bluetooth and the device manufacturer needs to support Google Home. BLE stands for Bluetooth Low Energy.
@EThompson, a few questions: were you able to get the Broadlink BLE lights connected before? If yes, when did the issue start? What's the model of your smart lights? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
