This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: is this a built-in camera on your Nest Hub Max? If so, Is this the first time that you are setting it up or it was set up before? Do you have another Nest camera at home? If so, are they on the same Wi-Fi as your Nest Hub Max? What steps have you taken so far? Try the steps below.

Hi! Thank you for your reply, I followed the steps, but it’s still not working, I delete the home app, I add a new home, but when I want to install the camera, it’s showing this message “Problem connecting to icloud” and I cannot do anything
