Can I create a routine to turn lights on/off but only whilst away ?

[NOT speakers and displays - but there was no option for lights or lighting]

I want to create a routine which is active only when everyone is away.

Currently I can turn lights on/off when everyone is away (but not at specific days/times), or I can turn lights on/off on specific days and times.

I want to combine the two - primarily as a security measure, so that the routine will turn lights on and off at specific times, but ONLY whilst away.
