A few questions: can you change the Routines time before? If yes, when did the issue start? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Make sure that you are using a Custom routines so that you can make changes to all the settings and actions on them. That's because Ready-made routines have some options that can't be managed. For more info, you can check this website.
