Can you cast music to a speaker?
If you've tried reconnecting a speaker back to the Google Home app it may have wiped the Wi-Fi settings you had saved for that speaker, so a factory reset might be required.
Placing the speaker right next to the router is best during set-up.
As multiple speakers are unresponsive the router might need a reboot.
