Can't create groups anymore

I only have “Create speaker group” and no option to create, for example, a light group.

There is no light group. But when you add lights to the same Room within Google home you can control the lights by saying the name.

I created a group called "All Lights"  and another called "All Speakers" when I set up my devices before.  Now I can't.
