This is a continuation to the question asked before and now closed.
I have a few devices on Google Home app, that I have reset. But now I can’t delete them - the app says they should be online to do it..
I can’t even delete a speaker group, likely since one of the devices in it has been reset.
The answer provided, a very clumsy workaround, doesn’t work anyway..
I have created a new Home, have moved the devices I need to keep to it, and have deleted the old Home (I couldn’t delete it somehow, could only “Leave” it, though I’m sure I have created it)..
So now I have a new Home, old one is deleted, and voila.... I have in the device section SOME(2 of 3) of the old devices that have been reset. As “Assigned to you”..
What do I need to do in order to delete from Google Home the devices I don’t have anymore???

Even the same dysfunctional, not able to be deleted, Speaker group has been created in the newly created Home.. How’s that even possible?

I had something similar before, can you move them? I created a new home (Home delete), moved the devices to the new home, then deleted the new home (Home delete), the devices then deleted with the home.

No, seems like I can not do anything since they are (there are 2 such devices - JBL Link Bar and an old Chromecast) shown as "offline"..
