Can't send invite email to other family members to share network. Why?

Before I start further troubleshooting, let me ask you a few questions:

  • What happens when you try to send the invitation email?

  • Are you using the Google Home app or the Nest app to send the invitation?

  • Are you and your invitee using the latest version of the Google Home app or Nest app?

  • Does the person that you are inviting have a Google Workspace account, a Google account for children under 13, or an account that already belongs to a Google Family Group?

  • How many members are registered in your Google Family Group?
