Chromecast built-in

My Toshiba Chromecast built-in says it cannot connect to the internet. I have rebooted my wifi, my tv, reinstalled the Home app. I noticed that the Home app was updated Nov. 6, 2024. Is there something wrong with this update?

I’m sorry for the inconvenience that you’ve been experiencing with your Toshiba TV with Chromecast built in. I can see that your TV is not connecting to the internet even after trying some troubleshooting steps. I will suggest you factory reset your Toshiba TV; however, for further assistance, you will need to contact the developer.
