Chromecast with google TV children's profile broken

Hi. My daughter's children's profile seems to be broken. 

If I hover over it in the profile under Accounts and sign-in the  it says "Unavailable - Error loading page".

If go to switch accounts, it tries to load the profile but ends up stuck on a refreshing loop on the main page.

The only way out of the loop seems to be unplugging/plugging back in and then holding the home button on the remote or by tapping the select button (sometimes this doesn't work and you have to do it via the home app remote).

Ideally I want to remove / add the profile but given the above errors, I can't. 

Ideally, I don't want to have to hard reset it.

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ―  few questions: when did this start? How about the other profiles? Could you try using a different HDMI and see if the behavior persists and tell me how it goes.

Hi Dan, I hadn't looked as have been ill but I just tried the link provided by you and it gave the solution. -Pretty much, logged into my daughter's account via browser, then signed out from the chromecast via that route. I could then remove the account from the chromecast directly.
