Hi all,
my first gen Chromecaster has a red light on it and I’ve tried pushing the button in to factory reset but doesn’t seem to be working, nothing is coming up on the tv but a black screen, can anyone help?

So you already factory reset it. Could you try another USB cable to see if that helps? 🙂

@3Jamie, I wanted to follow up and see if you are still in need of any help. Have you had the chance to try the suggestion above? If yes, how is it? I also need you to open this link TV has no signal or only shows a black screen to know what steps to take. This article helped a lot of people.
