Hi, I’ve been having trouble adding the Wiser app to my Google home and was hoping if someone can help me.
I only have lights connected to my wiser app but it won’t show up on my Google home. I’ve tried all the options of linking on both apps but the wiser still won’t show up despite it saying it’s successfully linked. When I try to link again on Google using third party app option, I realised the wiser app never shows up under the linked heading.
I’ve deleted both apps already in the hopes it would work but still no change.
Any geniuses out there that might know how to help me solve this?

Hey erkz,
We're sorry for the trouble this may have caused you — let's see what's going on.
Can you still control your lights using the Wiser app? Try reinstalling your Google Home app. Also, could you try rebooting your Google Home, lights and router to refresh the connection? Once done, use the command "OK Google, sync my devices".

Hi,
Thank you for the suggestions but they didn’t work. I can still control my lights through the wiser app but on Google, it will only say it’s successfully linked but it won’t show on Google home.
I should have mentioned that I only have the wiser lights connected by Bluetooth and not a wiser hub so that may be the problem.
Thank you for all your help. I think I’ll give up on it now 🙂

We understand. Was it working before? If this is your first time connecting your Wiser devices to your Google Home, it's best if you check with Wiser support if you need a hub for it to work with Google Home. If you wish to proceed with troubleshooting your device, let us know otherwise, we'll lock the thread if you don't hear back from you after 24 hours.
