Does anyone know how I fix this issue.
If I log into the Nest App on Android I get the following message:
"There was a problem while connecting to the Nest Service. Try again in a few minutes"
I've been getting it for weeks everything i log into the app.
Thanks for any help.

Since there don't seem to be any other current reports of the Nest Service being down, have you tried just deleting and reinstalling the Google Nest app on your phone or Android device? You don't lose any settings; you just log back in with your same credentials after reinstalling.

Maybe there is something funky going on with your Nest account. You could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Hi,
Did you manage to resolve this? I have been having the same issue on my Pixel9Pro phone over the past few weeks.
The home.nest.com website works fine from the same phone.
Likewise the Nest App works fine on my 2 iPads.
I also tried installing the Nest App on my work OnePlus Nord - and I get the same error message.
I have raised a support ticket with Google but they just ask me to try stuff resetting, uninstalling, clearing cache etc etc - which have made no difference.
They also tried to suggest it was a Wifi interreference issue?? How does that explain the iPads working fine and the home.nest.com website working fine?.
