Hub Max not cooperating with apple music

I'm extremely frustrated with my Google nest. And I'm considering going back to Alexa. I ask it to play my Apple Music playlist which I would do previously but now it plays random odd playlist and not the one requested. I've done a hard factory reset, I've unlinked my Apple Music account and re-linked it, and have unplugged and restarted all the devices and nothing works. Second, this problem would easily solved if i couldsimply begin and change playlist from my google home app. Why isnt this possible?

  • Are you able to play music from other services on your Nest Hub Max without any issues?
