Could Intelligence not working on Google Mini

I have a electrical socket from Cloud Intelligence. I can turn it on and off with Google Assistance on my phone. However when I try on my Google Home Mini it says Could Intelligence is not available.  I am not sure what the issue is.

Sorry if you're having trouble controlling your Cloud Intelligence socket using your Google Home, let's check what's going on.

A few checklist:

1. Make sure your phone, plugs and Google Home are connected to the same network and within 15-20 feet of your router.
2. Make sure your Google Home and Google Assistant apps are using the same Google Account.
3. Make sure your plugs are properly set up and working on its native app.

If everything is checked, please give these steps a try:

• Connect plugs and switches to Google Home.
• Set nicknames for plugs and switches.
• Assign plugs and switches to rooms.
