Hi Community,
I deleted two assistant routines which continued to run after being deleted. The routines are not visible in the home app on my phone or my partners phone. Following advice on this forum I performed a factory reset of both my nest mini and both my nest audio speakers (which was a pain!). Despite this, these routines continue to run every morning and nothing I do seems to stop them. One routine turns the heaters on but it's getting into summer now and this is very bad. The other turns the bedroom lights up to full by 6:30am and that was obviously always a dumb idea!
Please for the love of all that is good, help me.
Regards,
Lucas

I'm having this same issue but with old nest devices. Here's the kicker, I didn't program it to "use" a device so it starts from my phone. It's one of the default routines so I can't delete it but I deleted the trigger and what happens but it still happens. My issue is I have lights come on and music playing and it starts an hour earlier because of the time change. I'm going to lose my f.ing mind!!

A Google support rep had me run the command "hey Google, sync my devices" but I won't know if that worked till tomorrow:/ best of luck

It's fixed now. I have no idea. Why isn't there a web interface or something that is the single source of truth for routines??? Seems like an obvious design choice. Or just make it the phone.... definitely don't have the master setup of routines reside on devices without screens that can't be meaningfully interrogated. Having to factory reset four devices is not cool.

Hey lucassheep,
We appreciate your efforts. We don't have any other way to check the routines but on the Google Home app. Thanks for updating the Community with your resolution — it's a big help.
@Pissed, checking back in if syncing your devices work. Let us know by updating this thread and the Community will be happy to lend a hand.
Best,
Alex
