Display screen off centre

I have a 2nd gen nest thermostat

yesterday the display was completely pale grey - but it still worked manually and on the phone

then the display shifted

 

over to the right and now has a black screen on the left

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Do you mind me asking if you have tried to reset the device? Does the display still look off center after? Hi Jake, thanks so much for the advice. I’ve just reset and now the display is perfectly recentered again 👍🏻
