My doorbell it  doesn’t send me punch notifications when someone push the button or someone delivered a package. I have been trying everything in Google Home a nest app, and in Google assistant everywhere and nothing..

Hi Rudyglez,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, which Nest Doorbell do you have? In case you're using the Google Home app, you may try the steps below:

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  2. Tap Favorites or Devices .
  3. Tap and hold your device's tile More More menu Settings .
  4. Select Notifications.

Home app event settings

Changes to your Nest Camera's event settings will affect your notifications. You'll receive notifications only for the types of events that are turned on.

To turn specific video events on or off:

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  2. Tap Favorites or Devices .
  3. Tap and hold your device's tile More More menu Settings .
  4. Tap Events and then Seen events.
  5. Tap the switch next to any events that you want to turn on or off.

Hit this link for more information and let us know how it goes..

Best,

Emerson

Good morning.  Thank you for answer me. All notifications are on in the Google app and in the Nest app.

Everything is on in the nest app, and in the Google app.

Hey Rudyglez,

Thanks for your update. We would recommend you to reinstall your Nest app and Google Home app then sign in your same login credentials. After this, test it and let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Emerson
