My door bell is not sending push notification and I have all the notifications on in the Google app and in the nest app. Please help

My doorbell it doesn’t send me punch notifications when someone push the button or someone delivered a package. I have been trying everything in Google Home a nest app, and in Google assistant everywhere and nothing..
