How can I recover video that showed up at 6pm but didn't save and it started recording events at 8pm

Is it possible I can recover pre recorded video that isn't saved

If you purchased a Nest Aware subscription that started at 8 pm, you cannot recover video history from before the start of your subscription unless you happen to have downloaded and saved that video history during the 3 hours of free video history.
