EWPE aircon 'offline'

Since the latest update of Google home, the assistant doesn't access the device. Google home reports the device offline but the EWPE smart app controls it without a problem. Help please.

Thanks for reaching out — let’s see what’s going on. A few questions: what Nest speakers do you own? What phone are you using (Android or iOS)?  When did it begin? Were there any recent changes or updates to your network or setup? Also, what steps have you taken so far? 

You can relink the Google Home app and observe if it will make a difference. Using another phone will also help isolate this.
