Error en control de bombillas

Hace 24 horas presentó problemas ala hora de solicitar cambio de colores en bombillas. He iniciado múltiples tareas de configuración técnica hasta el reseteador bombillas con la intención de solucionar el inconveniente y no logro que funcione El comando cambio de color. Tampoco encuentro errores publicados en la web. Ni soluciones pertinentes al inconveniente

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. 

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. A few things: What's the exact message that you are getting every time you change the color of your lights? What is the make of the lights?  What steps have you tried so far?

Try this and see if this will work. 

1. Open Google Home app then spress + at the top left.
2. Then "Set up device".
3. Then press "Works with Google"
4. Then long press your lighting app
5. Then press reconnect.
6. Give it a few minutes, then test.
