Events/ video history keep getting deleted after 3 hours

So I bought some Google Nest Cam ( battery) and subscribed the Nest Aware Plus Plan, however, my events history still get deleted after every 3 hours. All the events keeps being depleted after 3 hours pass. I’m so confused and frustrated.

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that. Let’s sort this out — could you check if you signed up your subscription to the right home structure?

Here’s how:

1. On your phone or computer > open your Google Chrome browser.
2. Go to https://goo.gle/2QcwNC7 > at the top right, tap Account > Subscription.
3. From the Home nickname dropdown, select the home with the subscription they wish to manage.
4. Ensure that your home has an active subscription. Otherwise, it was set to a different home structure.
