Fan schedule

I have 2 nest thermostats. I don't have the learning ones. But I set a schedule for the fan to run for 15 minutes every hour. Not sure when it comes on every hour. Does it come on at the beginning of the hour or does it skip around. Has anyone figured out how these things think or the timing?

Every hour, the fan should turn on automatically and run for 15 minutes until the next hour. Also, the fan should run as soon as you activate the system. How's your thermostat? Are you having issues with its fan control?
