Garage Door Opener

Purchased a Kogan Garage door opener and could use with Google assistance voice command. Suddenly this as stopped working. Smarter home works but no voice command. Anyone else have same issue of it stop working.

I'm having the same issue, it's been a few months now, says "sorry, it looks like that device isn't set up yet".. even though it was and seems to still be set up... I'd love to get this sorted out as well.

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. 

A few questions: what Google Home or Google Nest speakers and displays do you have? When did it start happening? Also, do you have other smart devices?

Give these steps a try:

• Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router and connected to the same network.
• Reboot your device and router to refresh the connection.
• Uninstall and reinstall your Google Assistant and Google Home app.
• Unlink and relink your garage door account on the Google Home app.
