Globe Plugs wont go on line.

Hi,

My Globe plugs will not work with home app. Work fine on globe app. I've linked accounts and they show up on the Home App but always off line? One or 2 worked intermittently in the past and showed up online briefly when unplugged and replaced but immediately went offline. Any suggestions?

We appreciate you contacting us with your Google Home app concerns. I'm committed to providing you with excellent customer service and will do everything I can to help you resolve this issue. A few questions: are you using Android or iOS? Is the Google Home app updated? Did it work before?

You can reinstall the Google Home app and observe if it makes a difference. Trying to use another phone will also help isolate this.
