Google Home Assisstant - Custom Action

Hi there, 

I'm trying to set up an action for google assistant which triggers my infrared heater, the bathroom lights and to play some music..

I wantet to trigger the action by telling google that "I'm having a shower now" which wouldn't work for whatever the reason is. I tried to add "spa mode", "make it cozy" and several other triggers, but all I get is the response, that assistant couldn't understand me..

I replaced the trigger with "good afternoon" which seemed to work properly.. can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Nobody ever encountered that same problem? Why do my phrases fail to trigger the event?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. A few things: Which Nest speaker? Have you tried using your phone's Google assistant? If so, are you getting the same response?

You can reboot your Nest speaker and WiFi router to refresh both devices and WiFi signal, then observe if this will make a difference.
