Philips Hue Bulb - light status went back to off immediately after turning on

Hi,

I have philips hue bulb (no bridge) connected to my google nest gen 2 at home.

I noticed that whenever I turn on my bulb (either via voice or manual via google nest screen), the bulb will light up but the status showing on the google nest will immediately change to "off" even though the light bulb is still lit up. 

May I know if this is a known issue? How can i fix this?

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: do you have another Philips Hue bulb or other third party bulb that is linked? If so, are they working fine? Were there any recent changes made before the issue started? What is the make and model of the phone that you are using? 
 

You can reboot your phone to refresh it. If that did not work, try to uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app.
