Google Home Automation opening garage doors doesn't work

Hi,

I have a garage door opener connected to SmartLife app, where it works fine. I've added a device to Google Home and it works: when asking Google assistant to open garage doors it asks me for a PIN and then opens it.

Im having trouble however to create an automation; I've sett a voice command "Arriving home" which should open garage doors and driveway sliding doors simultaneously. But the automation never works, as the Google assistant doesn't ask me for a PIN this time.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out and for the information you’ve shared. You can select the option “Try adding your own” under actions and put in the command to open your garage door. Observe if it makes a difference.
