Google Home is not switching to Away consistently. Sometimes it won't switch to Away until I am miles away from home and sometimes it won't switch at all. I have Presence Sensing setup to use my phone location and my wife's phone location. Both phones have the settings for Always On Location and Precise Location for Google Home. We have no other devices turned on for Presence Sensing.
I have cleared cache, cleared data, and reinstalled the Google Home app a few times now and it will work for like a day and then stop working again. I have also uninstalled the Nest app so am just using Google Home for Presence Sensing.
I do have a support case open and am awaiting second level support but it's been a few days now without a response.
Has anyone experienced this? If so, how have you been able to resolve?
