Hello
We are having hard times to unlink our Fibaro account from our Google Home. Thee Google Home app says unable to reach Fibaro, what is clearly a nonsense, because Fibaro is reachable. It is stuck somehow, and we can not move in any direction. There is 505 devices showing up in Google Home app. Maybe this big amount cauased the probelm, we dont know, but we cant go from here anyway.. Any help please
Thanks

Hi @Zoli1975,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. I understand you're having difficulties unlinking your Fibaro account from the Google Home app, as you're getting an error message that says "Unable to reach Fibaro," and that you can't move to another screen. I know this may be concerning since you have multiple devices showing up in the Google Home app, which can cause this problem. I appreciate the detailed information you've shared. Don't worry; let's work together to get this resolved. To better assist you, I have a few questions:

Hi.
It was working weeks without any problem. We still dont know when or why it happened, but we assume, it could have been evoked by unhiding many devices in Fibaro at once, and so Google Home probably was not able to handle the syncing of that amount of devices. We tried both systems (androud and ios), many different phones, tablets. There is only 1 home linked to this account. In browser's debug window we see hundreds of failed calls per minute, with message device unavailable. Simply Google can not unlink Fibaro.

Hi @Zoli1975,
Thanks for your response. I appreciate that you've taken the time to answer the questions. I recommend you reach out to Fibaro support for more assistance. They can help determine if the problem is on their end, such as a potential software bug, a server issue, or a known compatibility problem.
Please keep me updated.
Cheers,
Jonathan
