- Are you able to see your rooms and devices in the Google Home app on a different device, such as a phone or tablet?

- Were you previously able to see your devices on the Google Nest Hub, or is this a new setup?
- Are both your Google Nest Hub and the Legrand HomeServer assigned to the same “Home” within the Google Home app?
- Are your devices connected to the same Wi-Fi network?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? If so, could you list them?
