I acquired a Google home hub max through ADT Google partnership paying hundreds of dollars for the security system and everything I Had everything set up just right Including on my phone and making sure that everything is set up correctly. I'm trying to make a video call And it keeps saying that duo call is not available anymore. Please make a video call on your home or use the Google home app.
If there are any experienced or senior members on here, please point me in the right direction. Google itself isn't any help and I can't find any other way around this. It seems to be some kind of mismatch going on between the Google Home app and the Google Hub Max. I'm not sure what it is, but I would like to fix it ASAP.

You mentioned receiving a message stating that 'Duo calling is no longer available' and suggesting you use your mobile device or the Google Home app instead. I know how important video calling is to you, and I'm glad to help.
Currently, we are no longer able to support the Duo/Meet calling feature on the Google Nest Hub Max due to software constraints. As our technology evolves, this specific hardware is unable to support these new updates. However, if you’d still like to use voice calling, that feature remains available on our other Nest Hub displays and across our range of speakers.
